Hi Christel:

Still need to get your classroom in order, before that first bell rings? Let Edmodo give you a head start—no seating charts or school supplies required. All you have to do is:
  1. Start an online classroom. Build a blended learning environment in an instant and flip how students experience and interact with lessons (and each other).
  2. Set up an internet safety zone. Use Small Groups to give students a place to access Common Sense Media resources and develop digital citizenship skills.
  3. Moderate communication. Automatically build safety into every conversation by setting Members to read-only, or choosing to approve all their Posts and Replies.
  4. Post an introduction. Write a welcome Note and attach a short video or article for students to review when they visit your Edmodo Group for the first time.
  5. Invite your students to join. Help them get a head start, too, by sharing the Group Code and asking them to come onboard before the first day of school.

Repeat as often as you’d like, for every subject area or class period; there’s no limit to the number of Groups you can create on Edmodo.
